Address of the Account on Sales Quote Form

Dear Experts,

I have an issue with the Sales Quote standard form template.

When I create a Quote in C4C and change the address of the account manually in it (under "involved parties" tab), I get a sales quote with a specific "document address".

I would now expect, that my manually entered address gets printed on the Sales Quote Form. But that is not the case.

Do I miss any setting or is there a workaround you guys have, so that I can bring that document address on the quote PDF?

Thank you!

Br,

Paul

Hi all,

I've solved that issue by change the binding on the address fields on the sales quote form. I bind the fields to the BuyerParty address. Then I get the changed document address 🙂

Hello Paul,

This is not supported. Ideally you should get an error when you Modify the Address of the Account from Involved parties tab.

The system will not let you save the Quote and hence It will not be available in the form.

Hi Anne,

no this is the standard "Sales Quote" form template I downloaded from C4C with no enhancements. Is you data connection set up right?

Hi Paul,

I am struggling with another problem in my sales quote form. We do not have access to custom involved parties. In your screenshot I can see that you have nodes in your data model like OtherParty, PartnerParty etc. Do you enhance the standard SAP Template "Sales Quote" or is it a custom template?

Regards,

Anne
