I am having an issue, I have posted budget with automatic release settings on the combination of Fund/Fund Center/Commitment Item/Funded Program. When I run report
FMRP_RW_BUDCON for the given Funded program in selection screen, it shows the posted budget under current budget column only. When I use the same doc type and budget type and post budget with auto release settings on a combination of Fund/Fund Center/Commitment Item, it is shown in report
FMRP_RW_BUDCON correctly as a consumable budget. What can be the possible issue with it.

FMAVCT table did not contain any entry for funded program related combination, issue was in AVC controlling objects, I had initialized funded program settings as shown below, as long as these settings were there in AVC derivation rules for control objects , funded program was not updated in budget check when I removed this rule and ran FMAVCREINIT , funded program FM assignment along with other became successful in actual and commitment update.

It could be linked to your settings in AVC or to a bug in reports . If it is the reports, I'd check if Reporting Framework II is implemented in your system (OSS 1774560 - FM Reporting Framework II). If it is AVC, check your controlling objects, if they include Funded program as component. To distinguish between the two possible sources of a problem, go to FMAVCT table and check in budget appears on Funded program or not. If not, it is AVC settings.
