please go your Sap cloud application studio-->Administrator tab-->Repository Explorer -->there you can find All the data of standard BO'sand data types,reuse lib,embedded component,webservices,ovs.

All business objects and their related nodes, together with all the fields are listed in the Repository Explorer. this is where you should always look first to understand the data structure for each object.

The repository explorer also contains information on the different data types used in byd too.
