SAP GUI Screen not updating all fields

I have users complaining about missing details on their screen, when working in VL02n. Nothing wrong with the delivery it self, but when they want to see the ship to address parts of the screen is not updating. If you click around on the screen, they will eventually show, but if you move the mouse out of focus it's gone again.

I have tried to upload a video showing it and hope someone has seen this before and know a solution for this.

The funny thing is that we see the same behavior when i open the "ship-to" under partners in VA03, but never on any of the other partner roles.

Hello Jens,

Issues like this tend to be resource issues such as the OS or memory consumption.

1) Ensure you are using the latest gui patch.

2) Check the kernel version used.

3) try a different GUI theme such as Enjoy and see do you still have the same drawing issue.

Different theme seems to fix it, so planning for a kernel upgrade, a look at the memory configuration on the system, and a new GUI installation.
