Generate Report and Send via email After Dunning activity job run completed

Hi,

I had created a custom program to generate report(BP dunned at Dunning Level 3) and send it via email to Finance team. I config it at my Dunning activity and Dunning procedure. The program gets triggered successfully during Dunning Level 3. But the program will send 1 report 1 email per BP dunned. Which doesn't make any sense for real life scenario.

Hence I am thinking if we can plant this program to trigger after a dunning activity (FPVB) completed. So that I can picks all BP dunned Level 3 and put in 1 report 1 email.

Should I use event 0320 Dunning: End Printing of Dunning Notice?

Any suggestion please?

Event 320 is called at the end of the dunning activity run so that might be a good fit.

Hi William,

I just noticed that the sample FM 0320 only has table FIMSG. But I need FKKMAZE and FKKMAKO to populate my email.

Is there any other alternatives?

Which I also tried 0340 and 0380. Both program execute once per selected BP / CA. Can't help to solve.
