Operating system call bind failed (error no. 227 ) error

Hello,

I am getting lots of following dumps in my system:

Operating system call bind failed (error no. 227 )

This is SRM 5.0 system.

Can some one tell possible reasons for this dump and possible correction method?

Please do some research before posting.
