Re-Work Scenario

Dear PP Experts

I have one re-work scenario. For this I created a trigger point. In the trigger point, I selected pcnf status of the order confirmation to trigger the re work. Now the problem is when I am creating confirmation in co11n, even with out selecting the rework quantity with partial confirmation, system is activating the trigger point. Can anyone sort out this ?

Regards

    Dear Vishal,

Basically My doubt is, Even though I am not selecting the reqork field in confirmation of order, System is activating the trigger point.

I want the system to activate the trigger point only when I select the Reqork field. How to do it ?

    Regards

      Hi,

Actually when you confirm yours order partially , order status becomes PCNF and because of which trigger point is triggered.

You should use user status and assign that profile in routing operation.

Use functionality of reason of variance. Assign that user status to reason of variance .

Now when ever you enter the reason of variance system will trigger rework order with the quantity enter in rework field.

      This will solve yours problem.

      Regards,

      Vishal

    HI,

This is bcoz you are confirming yours order in partial and you have mentioned in yours trigger point to trigger whenever its status is partial confirmed.
