Automatic XML PO Output in SRM not working

Hi SRM Experts,

We are on SRM 5.0 and have enabled to XML PO output.

Also we have scheduled the report "RSPPFPROCESS"(XML), BUT noticed that PO output status is not changed from "Not processed " to "Successfully processed " until clicked on Output Pushbutton.

Where as e-mail(MAI) output is being processed successfully upon PO is ordered in SRM.

Did we miss any steps?. Please help us with the solution.

What is the Processing Time definition in your system?

- Processing using selection report

- Immediate Processing

- Processing when Saving Document
