We are using workflow functionality in CRM and ISU, and we extract data of this workflow to BW using the Work item header information extractor, technical name 0BPM_WIHEAD.
For a test case, we use transaction SWUS in CRM, and make a simple workflow, which is not closed yet. This workflow shows up under type F in table SWWWIHEAD.
When we load the data to BW, this item shows up as being open, which is correct. However, when we close the workflow, this update does not come through the extractor, although the source table SWWWIHEAD is updated with the actual end date and the status completed. It seems the delta is not triggered.
I can't find a solution to this problem, and there is not much to find on SAP help. Help is very welcome.
