"S" check box in sales order

Hi:

When I am entering the material in the item of sales order,the S check box(beside order quantity column) automatically checked,and there is no delivery data/material available data/loading data popped up in the line item,but the mrp setting of the material looks good,what's happening?

    Dear Allen,

    The 'S' check box is marked in following two cases:

    1. If there are more than 1 Schedule Lines for the item

    2. If the Confirmed quantity is less than Order Quantity.

    As in your case there is no Delivery data in Lilne Item, it means the entire Quantity is not Confirmed. Kindly check whether there are adequate stock in the system & MRP settings.

    Actually there is no stock under specific plant,does it trigger S box?

    Only to replenish the stock will solve this issue?
