There are many standard procedures for migrating local DCs to NWDI. I have done it many times but quite a while ago. But, I used the following links to do this. It is quite straight forward.

logon to DTR.Go to navigator view.
expnad your project right click on src folder then
src->DTR->add->add subtree.
