Function change history is not displayed

Hi experts,

I am using GRC AC RAR 5.3_07.1.

I am not able to see the function change history when navigating through the menue tabs: Informer tab->Risk Violations-> Select System->(slected my SID i.e CPD)->clicked on GO->then from the Bar chart selected the process i.e PR->then in SoD Violations by Process Procure to Pay i am able to see the risks.-> clicked on one risk i.e. here i have taken P001 riskID. clicked on that.-> down side in relevant functions it was showing: two function: AP02 and PR01. i selected Ap02.-> Here there are two tabs i.e.Action i.e default tab and another is permission. In downside panel there is Change history button in the same portal. When clicking on that it should show me the complete change history of the action. but it's returming me a screen with no results there. All Rows and colums I am able to view. But there is no value in those.

Any suggestions, please update.

Hi Guru,

We are using AC-RAR 5.3_08.1 & able to get the function Change History.

I think you need to apply the new support pack for RAR 5.3.

Also you can check if the Change log for Risks and Function under Miscellaneous configuration is set to YES or NO.

Hi Srihari,

both (Enable Risk Change Log and Enable Function Change Log) have been set to yes.

Still also not recording the change log.
