Required support patch level to configure MOPZ

Hi experts,

Can you tell me what is the requirement patch level to configure Miantanance optimizer in solution manager?

We are running on solution manager 4.0 with patch lever 7. In market place i am able to dwonload patches up to level 11.

If i went to 11 then can i get the option to configure MOPZ in my system

At present, i am unable to find the option "configure maintanace optimizer" in SAP Refference IMG.
