Unable to download the SAP Business One Test Composer

Hi All

I'm trying to download the Test Composer tool from the SAP Business One Tools page, but I'm not able to do so (I get a permission denied error)

I've also found a link via the service.sap.com/smb/home site but when I download from there nothing happens

Anyone know a download place that works?
