Abode Page Not Launching

We have creatd a custom abobe form for Data Changes. We have completed the form and done all configuration in Portal

When we try with one user ID - We are able to launch the form in ESS but for most of other User IDs, the form is not displayed correctly..

There is no error displayed when we launch the page. We find a small red color X mark on the left / top of the window.

Since this works correctly for some of the user IDs, what could be possible resolution? Have anyone faced similar issue in the past?

Looks like you nhave developed an Active X enabled form. Now for this the pre-requisite is that the user will need ActiveX framework on his machine.

This automatically gets downloaded when you open the form but user requires Admin rights on the machine to correctly install the DLL.

So either give Admin rights to the users or check SAP ServiceMarketplace for installation of same.

Alternatively if you are on NW 7.0 > SP05 then you may also change the form to ZCI (Zero Client Install) which overcomes this issue and there is no need for any installation.

Issue was with ZCI as mentioned above. Resolved after following the steps for ZCI

Hi,

Can you provide the steps you have followed to fix the ZCI problem?

We are facing an issue- as soon as we enter something on the fields, we get an error saying "Event to be processed is not supported by adapter "

Any inputs will be much appreciated.
