TDS Add On Registration problem

Hi Experts,

In my Some PC's i am facing a problem that when i trying to Installed my TDS Add on different PC i am getting Error message "Already old version is installed check that these is higher version" So TDS Add on not installed in 1 or 2 PC's.

Please provide solution for these problem

Hi Amol...........

There is no necesity to install in each PC as it should be installed in server. it will be acccessable in each PC later. So you just uninstall TDS Version and again install TDS 4.9. Try if possible.

As per my uncerstanding you r having TDS4.9 and now wants to upgrade 5.1 OR 5.2 , IS IT?

Which SAP version ? and Which SQL Server Version u r using.?

Hi Amol,

You can start by deleting the temp files, clear the registry from the addon local registration and then log in to the company again and let the add on install itself. Hope this helps.

1)Which version of SAP u r using.

2)Which version of TDS addon u r using

3)Have installed prerequisite, which r that.

4)Have any one all ready installed TDS addon of any version.?
