Is there any transaction to display both the Goods Issue (261) & Goods Issue reversal (262) for the process order.

You can check it in Process order itself.

Process Order Header ---> GoTO ---> Documented Goods Movement.

You can find it in below Reports too

- COOISPI - Documented Goods Movement

- MB51

- IW3M

You can also use report COOISPI with header layout as "Documented Goods Movement"

here u can get both 261 as well as 262 movement types
