Issue while creating personnel data

Hi Experts,

While creating personnel data for country grping 40 under HR data one field CUIL/CUIT is there. what i should feel there coz without this m not able to save the record.

A prompt answer is appreciable.

that feilds tells abt CUIL nad CUIT that is workers identification

so please deactivate from make mandatory feilds to non mandatory feilds it will help you

Hi,

Check screen control with key MP000200 2000 P0002 40 2040 0 in view T588M, set the field you don't want to input as optional. Then you can save the record without data input.
