SAP IDM Approval Notification is not getting triggered

Hello Everyone,

I have configured notification on approval task and when the approval task gets triggered, it's not sending any notification mail. Even when the request is approved, the system is not sending any notification and role remain in pending state and in the provisioning queue. we are using IDM 8.0 SP06

I have already checked and found that my notification task is enabled and the dispatcher is assigned. Using UsendSMTPMessage internal function I am able to send to SMTP message too using another custom task.
