SAP IDM Approval Notification is not getting triggered

Hello Everyone,

I have configured notification on approval task and when the approval task gets triggered, it's not sending any notification mail. Even when the request is approved, the system is not sending any notification and role remain in pending state and in the provisioning queue. we are using IDM 8.0 SP06

I have already checked and found that my notification task is enabled and the dispatcher is assigned. Using UsendSMTPMessage internal function I am able to send to SMTP message too using another custom task.

Hi everybody,

we have the same issue.

If a notification task is defined on an assignment approval, the notification does not work. When the approval was processed (approved/declined) the approval process stand still. The sub-tasks of the approval are not executed. The assignment is still pending. There is no exec time set in the provisioning table.

System:

• SAP IDM 8.0 SP06 Patch 32
• Windows Server 2012 R2
• Micorsoft SQL Server
