Text ID

Hello All,

The customer Master Sales Area Text ID's, how could I query a specific Text ID for all the data that has been stored in that Text Id ?

I understand that it is a Structure, but run a query and see all the data that has been stored by the User it is IMP, can some one give on how to accomplish that ?
