Failed to connect to queue manager with connection mode Client and host name in JMS channel

Hi Experts,

We are working on PI 7.5 single stack system which is just installed & deployed all the required jars in PI server. Regarding File to JMS scenario we encounter error in RWB with the error code: com.ibm.msg.client.jms.DetailedIllegalStateException: JMSWMQ0018: Failed to connect to queue manager XZ8Z4CE with connection mode Client and host name zzzzzz.isn.corpintra.net(11414)."

Error Code in receiver JMS channel:

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Ramu,

I am assuming you are connecting for the first time.

Please check if your IP is white-listed at their firewall and double-check the server/port and queue name.

Hi Apu,

In the mentioned blog error contains like "supplied CCDT URL" in error code but whereas the error code is slightly different here.

Our error:

Error creating Connection from JMS Connection Factory.: com.ibm.msg.client.jms.DetailedIllegalStateException: JMSWMQ0018: Failed to connect to queue manager ZZZZZ with connection mode Client and host name xzexz.abcd.isn.corpintra.net(11414).

Error in blog:

Failed to connect to queue manager '*ISI_QM05_GRP' with connection mode 'Client' and supplied CCDT URL 'file:/D:/MQ/AMQCLCHL.TAB'
