Duplicate key error while client import

OS UX 11.B

SAP R/3 4.7

ORACLE 9.2.0

While doing client import on QAS i got the error as

SQL error 30036 accessing ACCTIT: ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 8 in undo t

Duplicate Key error during insert into table ACCTIT occured

Please help.
