SAP PS with Aerospace and Defense experience

Friends:

I have 6+years ERP experience in A&D industry. I have received good training in Logistic related and FICO modules and practised in IDES ECC6.0. I like doing PS type of work since it touches all modules and pretty tighty integrated so there is a huge challenge in business process design and IT solution implementation. But there is no point if there is no giid future (growth, challenge and compensatiton).

Can anybody throw some light on this issue -whether I should go for PS in the US as a green card holder break into SAP?

I know it will be challenging to work so how about what compensation to expect - billing as consultant as well as fulltime?
