LCM SP2 errors after attempting logon

I recently installed LCM XI 3.1 Service Pack 2.

The LCM war file is manually to WebSphere.

I've used both wdeploy & manually deploying the file to Webpshere via the IBM WebSphere console either way the LCM SP2 application does not work.

I get the eror:

Sorry, LCM application is unable to process your request.

right afer specifying the Administrator username/password information.

I cannot log onto LCM SP2.

This worked prior to implementing the SP2.

The error occurs when try to call

http://myserver.company.com:9080/LCM/lcmAppLogon.do

Environment details

FullStack Installation

XI 3.1 SP2

Windows 2k3 EE Sp2

WAS=WebSphere 6.1.0.7

LCM Sp2 productid = BuildVersion=12.2.0.290.
