Actions not giving the correct output

Hi,

my query is after running the actions like appointment then retirement/termination which makes the the employee inactive/withdrawn/retiree for the company but in R/3 even after retirement/termination action, the action like transfers and promotions with active employee status is running....and checked the action maintanance in T529A...which is perfect...can u please guide me is this..!! wil be greatful to U...for this...
