Smartform Upload issue in 4.7 Server

Hi :

I have a peculiar issue when I try to upload an XML file in smartform transaction of a 4.7 server, ( I have tried with XML of 4.7 and ECC6 servers) it is showing an error message "Invalid file format ( Namespace)" .

Could anyone suggest.
