Wrong message in ECM

Hello,

In planning view when manager enters more percentage values than what is there in compa ratio system throw error message which is correct but with it,it also displays message thta data has been saved successfully.

Similarly when Manager review and Click on send system says that data has been sent check for new status...but the status is never changed ..it is same.

How can we suppress these success message..they seem to be standard ECM functionality...but I need to suppress them as they give wrong information to user.

Please suggest!!
