Display Advertisement Text in Word Format

Dear Experts,

I'm trying to create an Advertisement in the SAP recruitment module using T.code PBAW. I am able to enter the text but am unable to do any formatting such as include Bullet points, alignment or boarders etc..

Can any one tell me what i can do to have similar formatting functions to that of Word, in PBAW ?

Hi,

Sadly there is very limited formatting. If you copy and paste from a word document, then the bullets do appear as bullets but not exactly as they would on a word document. The following is an example of how a bullet point would appear.

· Test bullet point on PBAW

you would need to enter it as the following for it to appear:

• ·,,Test bullet point for PBAW

It is a SAP script at the end of the day, so you are limited to the following in terms of formatting:

B Paragraph, justified

C Centered

L Paragraph, left-aligned

/ Line Feed

/= Line Feed and Extended Line

/( Line Feed and Raw Line

/: Command Line

/* Comment Line

Hi

Why do you want the text to be in word format? as the only purpose of saving the text is for having a future reference of that advertisement, there is nothing much you can do with that text apart from that.

And as far as i know, you will not be able to save it in word format.
