USMM report has Blank for User Type

Hi Experts,

I have few users in USMM report, which has blank for the User tyep. Please let me know SAP is going to count license for these user as well? If they are goint to count user what licese they are going to count them as, Is it Proffesional, Ltd Proffesions or Test?

Hi,

Yes. SAP converts these users to the default licence type set. The default price list was set in USMM under tab "Price lists" Hence you need to first categorize the users based on their roles. usually the normal end users gets category 2(52), CRM professionals category 3,(53) ess users category 4(54). However, this varies from customer to customer.
