Hi,
During the publishing of Bids if you have given say one condition type Freight
for all the bidders. Each bidders during the submission of bids has to enter the relevent freight charges inthe bid .
during evaluation you have to check each bidder has given or not .
Better for evaluation of bd you can do it manually or by the system
