ISA Framework: javax.servlet.servletException

Dear All,

our requirment is to modify the standard icss_b2c crm Application.

The following are the steps carried out :

1. Imported the crm~icss_b2c.sda from the server directory

2. Extracted the code the complete code by saving it as .zip file.

3. In NWDS we created two projects, web project as sap.com_crmicss_webtest1 and enterprise application project test1

4. Modified the required xml files(application.xml \ web.xml etc) and sucessfully deployed on the server.

5. we are able to run the application sucessfully, but we are unable to login, the following is the error message displayed

500 internal server error

ISA Framework: javax.servlet.servletException

Details : no details available

Please let me know if any other configurations is required ..............

I believe that the connection to backend has not been maintained correctly.

Is it possible for you to give some more detail by giving some more detail from log file.

You can find "default" trace file in below location on your server.

<drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\JC00\j2ee\cluster\server0\log

Open latest "defaultTrace" in text editor and go to last and try to check what is the error and give some detail to us.
