profit & loss and balance sheet

Now we r using ecc 6 version in ecc6 version can we get report profit and loss and balance sheet by profit center group wise please guide me

Hi,

Except F.01 you can configure a drill-down report running on specific profit centers (transaction FGI0 etc.). In the both cases you should use profit center scenario to update the GL totals table with profit centers.

Go to F.01 , select your dynamic selction select your profit center.

You will get your desired reultes after execution.

Hi,

Yes, you can get balance sheet and P & L statement profit center wise. For this run the report "S_ALR_87012284 - Financial Statement"

Also ensure the accounting entries are not posted without profit center. This you can ensure with profit center as a charatcteristic in document splitting & defalut profit center assignement in T code 3KEH.

Hi,

Please configure financial statement version as you required and execute the financial statements through T Code F.01 by selecting required parameters.
