External Characteristics in Hierarchy not displaying in BEx

Hello

I have a 0FUNCT_LOC Info Object, I added 0EQUIPMENT as External Char. in Hier. I built the Hier as show below

Hier name: FLE

MA 0FUNCT_LOC

MA-1 0FUNCT_LOC

200001 0EQUIPMENT

200002 0EQUIPMENT

when I use 0FUNCT_LOC in the BEx Query Row I select the Hier FLE. When I run the query and expand the hier I see the hier as shown below

MA

MA-1

what I meant was I don't see Equipments, even though if there are transactions for thoes equiment.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
