Workcenter: create new incident -> cannot enter/change system nor client

On one of my systems (EP1 SP19) I cannot change nor enter neither system nor client --> the field's just grey while on another system (SP16) is actually no problem to change (dropdown menu available). Anyone got an idea?

Hello Andy,

This happens if systems are not maintained in identification tab in BP. In workcenter SID and client are fetched from BP

Thanks a lot - identification tab was actually maintained properly but still your advise lead me to the solution of my problem: role CRM000 (Sold-to-Party) was missing ... without it --> no incident ))

I should have explained it not only in the subject of the thread: I cannot change system/client when creating a new incident via workcenter - both fields are just inactive.
