SAP CONNECTION PROBLEM WITH SERVER

I install Windows Server 2003 and install sap b1 2007A on it when we conect to SAPB1 2007A server. The system give a massage

Connection failed

SQLstate '01000'

SQLServer Error:53

can any body resolve this issu.
