I have a scenario WorkFlow Guided Procedure
Error: The user can choose not to receive e-mail (notification)
Click on: Management of Innovation
Click: Ideas and Buckets
Show = Buckets
Select a Bucket and click on it, to open a new window with the details of the bucket:
Click on: Evaluations
click: Create
Evaluation Name = test
Start Date = date of the day
End Date = any future date
Click: Select Items
Choose an option ideas
click: Select Criteria
Select a few questions to ask the User
Click: Weigh Criteria
Put the percentage of each question (weight)

Click: Select Participants
In the Find Participants choose any participant (preferably with an e-mail that may be given the receipt)
Click: Finish
Click on: Start (now that should trigger the workflow and the participant picked up should receive an e-mail)
