We are having an issue in our development and QA system.
Users are able to execute queries in the portal via BEx Query Designer. However, once the query is executed, if they press the "information" button, a new BEx window appears but is blank. It is not showing the query info such as the technical name.
Our BI admins need this information from users for trouble shooting, and I am wondering why the information would not be listed?
Is this perhaps an authorizations or programming issue? It happens with all users across all queries.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
