AS-IS
Below highlighted city numbers have name as Bangalore

TO-BE
10000 - Bangalore should be Bengaluru
10903 - Bangalore should be Bengaluru
10904 - Bangalore should be Bengaluru
10931 - Bangalore Central should be Bengaluru Central
10896 - Bangalore East should be Bengaluru East
10930 - Bangalore North should be Bengaluru North
10929 - Bangalore South should be Bengaluru South
10897 - Bangalore West should be Bengaluru West

I have configured the same in SR11.

But I can see the changes in customer master F4 list but NOT in the city field. See below image.

Please guide me how to update city field with new configuration changes across all customers.

This could be because the address is stored on ADRC table with the unique number.

And any change in element related to address configuration changes will not store automatically on that table.

For you to see the desired changes, you have to make changes in the addresses related to Bengaluru, so that system creates new ADRC number for that and stores on that in the database.

FYI, this similar to what we suggest for the changes we want to see in any transaction data based on master data change or configuration. Until and unless you have an automatic event to redetermine those change in the transaction data.

Thanks,
JP

Dear JP,

Thanks for the comment. But could you tell me how to make changes in the addresses related to Bengaluru, so that system creates new ADRC number for that and stores on that in the database?

Which TCode/path to do this?
