Capacity Requirements not generated in REM

Hi,

I am using REM. I have created scheduling paramaetrs for planned order. I have selected the Generate capacity requirements in the scheduling parameters for Rate based scheduling.

In the work center, I have selected the Relevent for finite scheduling.

When I check the Capacity evaluation, there are no capacity requirements generated even though there are planned orders created by MRP.

Thanks and regards

Dear,

Have you taken the MRP run with Lead time scheduling?

Also in OPU5 transaction (scheduling paramters) for the plant & order type "Generate capacity reqmnts" for details scheduling need to active. Also check the control key in OP00 mark for capacity generation. And check your capacity formula.

Then for capacity evolation use CM01.

Dear Murugesan,

1.Ensure you have maintained the proper scheduling parameters for the order type PE for your plant and also included the

check box for Generate Capacity requirments against the rate based scheduling in OPU5.

2.Ensure the check box for finite scheduling under capacity header of the work center in CR03

3.Ensure you have assigned the rate routing same under the production version for rate based scheduling in C223/MM03.

4.Ensure the controlling key assigned in the rate routing for the individual operations is having the relevancy to scheduling and

determine capacity reqmts.

5.Ensure lead time scheduling is used.

HI,

Goto.... SPRO -> Production -> Repetitive Mfg -> Planning -> Define Schjeduling parameters for planned order ->

Select your Plant / Order Type / Production Scheduling and click the details (magnifying glass) and goto detailed screen and populate the check box Generate Capacity Reqs (Under the details Scheduling Header).

Hope this will help you.
