Hello everyone,
I have an issue with the Interactive Forms by Adobe.
After designing a form with the matching ISR Scenario and specifying the process for start applications in the
customizing the process list in the service ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE (Tx. SICF: default_host --> sap --> bc --> webdynpro --> sap --> asr_process_execute) is empty. Message 'no data available' occurs after selecting an employee.
The ADS is configured correctly as well. All the tests from the configuration guide work fine.
After debugging the running program class 'cl_hrasr00_process_utilities=>get_process_list_for_role' I found out
that the entries of the process list are removed after an authorization check in the method of the class (line 223).
Did I miss a configuration step?

Issues has been solved, there were some case management settings missing.

Have a look at these OSS note 1334453. It as fix my issue.
