Unable to send customized form PO email through ME9FF

Dear Experts,

This is my first time posting a question in the forum, I hope you can help me providing some guidance to my problem. I've been struggling with new approach BRF+ for PO Email sending.

I have a requirement where I need to associate a customized smartform to new output management, We've done all the relevant configurations needed in BRF+ and the print program complies with the restrictions mentioned in note 2294198 (SAP S/4HANA output control - customized forms). On the one hand we are able to print the form through tcode ME9FF (which means that the prerequisites to achieve this should be good), on the other hand, the client requirement is sending via email the customized smartform through ME9FF tcode and having it available in SOST tcode with the form as attached file (output channel EMAIL has been set as well in BRF+ and SPRO), here's where I'm having the problem since when I try to generate+ the email output, the message log throws me a rendering error as shows the attached screen shot. I'm not sure if the print program needs another adjustment or what am I doing wrong.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Thanks Myra, we already have these configurations since we are able to do email sending with standard form.

Any other suggestion?
