Deletion Flag in Production order not activated

Hi All,

We have a production order, when we want to set the Deletion Flag after some processing in the production order, we found that

Deletion Flag's -

" Activate,Revoke" options are greyed out, i mean deletion flag options are not available. So to close the order i have to go for "Technically Complete".

If i have created a fresh production order, i could able to see the options in the "deletion flag ". Can any one let me know why the "Deletion Flag" options are not available for the already processed production order.
