Unscrollable row of buttons

Hi I have a web dynpro app where I want to place a set of buttons to allow me to navigate between a few views. BUT, I want the buttons to always stay in view even I scroll down the views I am watching now. I am not sure if IFrame is the answer.... Thank you for your help yuval peery
