Revision of Quota Arrangement - MEQB

Dear Experts,

I am testing the functionalities of Quota Arrangements and I have see this T-code MEQB or Revision of Quota Arrangement. I tried to work on it but even if I execute the Program using SE38 or manually, I am not able to revise the Validity Period. Can anybody share or enlighten me on the procedure on how can I revise Quota Arrangement using MEQB? '
