How to implement a workflow when user request to create material via Lotus?

Hi Experts,

I am new to the SAP Workflows. I need to implement the workflow according to the following scenario.

1. User will request to create the material by giving material information. (This will happen via the Lotus Notes email)

2. After receiving the email, responsible people will create the material requested by the user.

3. Then the User will receives the notification mail with the created material information.

I have figer out those requirement, Now i need to know how to lotus notes mail to SAP system?

Or else how to create standard SAP form ? ( so user can direcly fill out the form, then workflow will start by triggering that event )
