ECS field not appearing while creating excise invoice from billing in J1IIN

Dear all,

Recently we have upgraded our system from sap 4.7 EE to ERP 6.0 SR3, and after the upgradation when i am creating a excise invoice from billing, the ECS field is not appearing in Total amount table. But it is appearing in "invoice item detail". and after creating the excise invoice when i see it in display mode it is coming.
