    Hi,

For two countries in same group company, you can create one root node as group company and two sub node for each country.

    • say you have one structure and Cost Center for the orgunit is assigned and that will be assigned to one country Grouping say USA and he got transfered to Mexico but the cost center will be another as he is going form home country to host country than the system will not accept the PERNR

As said by Jian while defining the structure make sure that Mother org unit will be Group Company and under ROOT ORGUNIT

two Country Grouping Structures and there Cost Centers were different if you have checkd this than there will be no issues

i dont feel there will be complex disadvantages and advantages
