Assign Facsimile Document storage at PA30 with out Barcode.

Hello SAP Gurus,

We want to know weather we could maintain documents in Archive Link going by Extras Assign Facsimile Path,

Because i tried doing the same but was not success full as it asks for Bar Code Entry,

Can we manually select a file and store in PA30 Transaction going by Assign facsimile procedure. pls let us know.

i Know this could be done through OAAD but can the same thing be done directly in PA30 transaction through this Assign Facsimile transaction.

in Archivelink, ther five methods to attach original file, i hope u knows all.

any how, choose 'Store and assighn' or 'Store and subsequent assighn' option while defining work flows.

this wont ask BArR code,

Should solve, ur purpose.

This can't be done without enhancements or 3rd party products like EFM (Employee File Management) which is sold by SAP. EFM and is an Open Text product resold by SAP.
