Dear All,
The system currency is Euro and Foreign currency is USD .
I passed an Journal Entry in Euro on 31st of March 2009
After the auditing by accountant I had to reverse the journal entry on 15th May 2009
When I reversed the Journal entry I noticed that USD has also been reversed which was not existing in the Original Journal Entry which results in wrong Financial Profit and Loss statement.
How do I correct this ?
Can I cancel the Journal Entry which I had reversed ?
Any help will certainly be appreciated.
Thanks
Rajesh
Hi Rajesh,
since 2005 SP01 all journals are posted in both local & system currency, just because the columns are not displayed in the journal doesn't mean that the posting in SC doesn't take place.
To correct the entry on the system currency, you could follow the procedure outlined in SAP Note [909074|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/909074].
All the best,
Kerstin

Hi.
Well. if you use "Cancel" in the last JE, I could sugest you to create other JE reversing the last one.
I hope this helps.
