Workitem not received at the receiver when it is forwarded after the dead line is reached.
It showed as sent to the receiver in the workflow log and outbox but it doesnt appear in the (SBWP) inbox of the user.
Tried forwarding to other users too,But it never appeared in any users inbox.
Please suggest.

What is the deadline set to do when it's exceeded?
Is the user that it's being forwarded to a possible agent - or is the task a General Task?

Dead line set is 1 day.and a mail is sent to the approver after the dead line(latest end reached).
But this work item remains as ready in the same approver queue,but i manually forwarded it to the manager of the approver.
but it dint work.
It says all are possible agents int he log and i guess it is a general task.
But the person whom i am forwarding to is under Excluding agents,Would that be an issue?

Check the workitem for the agent assignment.
Check if Forwarding is allowed for the workitem.
The workitem should either be a General task or General Forwarding Allowed.
